• Advised Chinalco International in a natural gas PPP project in a city of Liaoning Province;
• Advised Chinalco International in a real estate project in a city of Hunan Province;
• Advised Beijing Gonglian in its BOT equity repurchase project at Meihekou Road;
• Advised Sinopharm in its listing transfer of the equities of its subordinate companies;
