DeHeng’s capital markets practice is widely recognized by the market. Since 1993 we have been among the first few firms approved by the Ministry of Justice and the China Securities Regulatory Commission ( “CSRC”) to practice securities law.

Our capital markets group has represented hundreds of A-share listed companies, dozens of overseas listed companies and thousands of new OTC market companies in initial public offerings (IPO), listings, re-financings, M&A and regulatory compliance matters. Our experience includes advising Agricultural Bank of China’s dual listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), China Railway Construction Corporation’s dual listing on both the SSE and the HKEX and China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. ’s listing on the SSE.
