DeHeng Won the Bid for the Legal Counsel and Litigation Service Procurement Project of Haidian District Party Committee and District Government

On July 18, 2023, the Beijing Municipal Government Procurement Network (ccgp-beijing.gov.cn) published an announcement declaring DeHeng as the bid winer for the legal counsel and litigation service procurement project of the Haidian District Committee of the CPC and the District People’s Government.

DeHeng attached great importance to this government procurement project, and bid for both legal counsel and litigation services. It appointed lawyer Kong Weiping as the person in charge, and formed a legal counsel team with primary support from lawyers Zhang Xuan, Ma Sihong, Liu Jingjing, Liu Ziwei, and Wang Mengying, and a litigation service team with primary support from lawyers Qi Zhijun, Li Beichen, Chen Zongyue, Zhang Lei, and Gao Chao.
