DeHeng Mandated by Beijing SASAC as Perennial Legal Counsel

The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing Municipality ("Beijing SASAC" for short) signed a perennial legal service contract with DeHeng’s Beijing Office for the year 2022. 

The DeHeng team, with primary support from partners Kong Weiping, Qi Zhijun, Li Beichen, Zhang Xuan, Ma Sihong and Liu Jingjing, will provide comprehensive, professional and high-quality legal services to the client. The above team has provided perennial legal services to Beijing SASAC since 2014, covering administrative, civil and commercial, criminal and other fields, such as legislative consultation, policy review, research on the listing of enterprises subject to Beijing SASAC and discussion on difficult cases. The DeHeng lawyers accomplished the tasks assigned often despite the heavy workload, large amount involved, tight schedule and extensiveness in scope, and sometime even special requirements.
