Antitrust & Competition
DeHeng is among the few Chinese law firms with an integrated Antitrust team, combining expertise from Chinese and Western practitioners across our Beijing and Brussels offices. Our team has played a key role in high-profile antitrust cases in China, with cross-sector expertise in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, retail, shipping, internet and automotive.
Since the enactment of a major Antitrust Law in China in 2008, we have represented Chinese and international clients in antitrust litigation, merger filings, investigations and compliance. Notable cases include OCI’s acquisition of Tokuyama Malaysia, the Holcim-Lafarge merger, Huawei vs. InterDigital (about market dominance) and Qihoo 360 vs. Tencent (about market dominance).
