DeHeng's government and public services practice group provides quality and highly effective legal services to central and local governments at all levels and their functionary departments, judicial organs, social groups, and non-prof i t organizations. The practice group is also actively engaged in providing legal aid and pro bono services for public welfare.

DeHeng has served as general legal counsel for hundreds of governmental departments and institutions, including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, CCCPC Organization Department, the Administrative Department of the General Of f ice of the State Council, National Energy Administration, National Council for Social Security Fund, Committee of Legal Experts on Legislation of Beijing Municipal People's Court, State Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering.
