DeHeng Mandated by BBMG Corporation as Perennial Legal Counsel

Recently DeHeng's Beijing Office signed a contract with BBMG Corporation to serve as its perennial legal counsel.

The DeHeng team, with primary support from Kong Weiping, Qi Zhijun, Li Beichen, Liu Jingjing, Tang Xinning, Zhang Lei and Wang Mengying, has been providing perennial legal services to BBMG since 2019, and has advised it on joint development, real estate projects, overseas investment, financing guarantee, compensation for relocation, liquidation and bankruptcy, and compliance, etc.
