International Trade
DeHeng is a forerunner in providing legal services in international trades related issues. In 1995, we successfully defended a Chinese company in a petition filed by BIC Corporation with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U. S. International Trade Commission asking to impose antidumping duties against disposable lighters produced by Chinese manufacturers. Since then, DeHeng' s international trade practice group has been actively representing Chinese companies responding to antidumping and anti-subsidy petitions filed by companies in many countries.
DeHeng ' s international trade practice group possesses rich experience. We are able to provide exceptional solutions to antidumping cases, WTO disputes, dispute in L /C, letter of guarantee, export credit, protective tariff, export rebate, settlement of insurance claims, clearing of creditors' rights, etc. and has effectively defended Chinese companies' opportunities to export to overseas markets. By defending Chinese clients in a series of cutting-edge cases, DeHeng has also helped to contribute to the development of China's international trade legal system.
