• Project relating to the dismantling the red chip structure, financing and listing on NEEQ of Baihe Net, Merger of Shijijiayuan by Baihe Net, investment in dozens of companies in the field of marriage chain by Baihe Net, acquisition of Baihe Jiayuan Group by Mr. Guangchang Guo.
• Acted as the outside legal counsel for China Steel Group, Beijing Capital and subsidiaries of China Metallurgical Geology Bureau, and advised on their acquisitions of more than thirty mining and water companies.
• Provided legal services for Ruijin Capital, China Securities Cooperation, West Capital and other PE investment institutions for investing in No.1 Truck, Focus Media and other companies.
• Provided legal services for China Golden Classic Group, Salion Food Condiment Company Limited and other companies to list upon Hong Kong capital market; and acted as the legal counsel for Brean Murray Carret Securities of U.S.A and provided legal services for many Chinese companies for listing to U.S.A after being tutored for listing by Brean Murray Carret Securities.
• Provided legal services for dozens of companies including Shenzhen Subway, Xi'An subway etc. to issue securities, notes and short-term financing.
• Acted as the investment representative in the Chinese area for the Province Mosell of France.

• Litigation
• Dealt with lots of economic dispute cases during the six years of judge experiences and majoring in one of the first important cases after the establishment of Ministry of Commerce.
• Dealt with many cases appearing in the Supreme People's Court and International Trade Arbitration Commission.
• Responsible for and participated in the payment case relating to Qianfeng Electronic (600733), one subsidiary of Beijing Capital.
• Represented client in a debt case amounting to RMB 600 million relating to rental fees benefit right transfer of a fund in Shanghai.
• Represented client in a trust dispute case amounting to RMB 300 million in Beijing.
