DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised the issuer on Heze Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Issuer”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) on the issuance of CNY485,000,000 3.2 per cent. bonds due 2027 (the “Bonds”) which is listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (the “MOX”) (Stock Code: MOXTB24064).

Established in 1994, the Group has been serving as the investment and financing platform for key construction projects as well as the core operating entity for sales of food and edible oil and freight and passenger business in Heze City. Leveraging on the development of Shandong Province and Heze City, strong shareholder’s support and the experienced management team of the Group, the Group has played an important role in the development of Heze City.
