• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the listing of Zhongtian Construction (Hunan) Group Limited (Stock Code: 2433) on Main Board of the HKEX. Zhongtian is a general construction contractor based in Hunan Province with over 40 years of operational history.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the Company, Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2450), on its listing on Main Board of the HKEX. Huaibei GreenGold is a state-owned enterprise and building materials supplier based in Huaibei and Anhui Province.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the listing of Clifford Modern Living Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3686) on Main Board of the HKEX. Clifford is an investment holding company that provides services to residents of properties developed under the Clifford brand, the services include retail, catering, property management, laundry, after-school training, property agency, employment agency, information technology, and renovation and equipment installation.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the listing of Guanze Medical Information Industry (Holding) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2427) on Main Board of the HKEX. Guanze is a medical imaging solutions supplier based in Shandong Province, primarily engaged in providing medical imaging film products and medical imaging cloud services.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the spin-off and listing of Palasino Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2536) from its holding company, Far East Consortium International Limited (Stock Code: 35), on Main Board of the HKEX. Palasino is the first European gaming and leisure group to be listed in Hong Kong.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the listing of Shanghai Conant Optics Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2276) on Main Board of the HKEX and the full circulation of H shares. All domestic shares of Shanghai Conant are converted into H shares for H shares full circulation. Shanghai Conant is the largest resin lens manufacturers in the PRC.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the listing of Zengame Technology Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2660) on Main Board of the HKEX. Zengame Technology is a company primarily engaged in the development and operation of mobile games.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the listing of Peiport Holdings Ltd. (Stock Code: 2885) on Main Board of the HKEX. Peiport Holdings is a company primarily engaged in providing thermal imaging products and infrared temperature measurement systems.
• Acting as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor and the underwriters in the listing of Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2289) on Main Board of the HKEX. Chuangmei is a pharmaceutical distribution company engaged in the distribution of pharmaceutical products and retail pharmacies.
