DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised the managers and the trustee on Chengdu Dongjin Huaizhou Xincheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. (成都东进淮州新城投资集团有限公司) (the “Issuer”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) on its issuance of CNY190,000,000 7.7 per cent. bonds due 2026 and listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (the “MOX”). Listing of the bonds on the MOX commenced on 21 November 2023. (Stock code: MOXTB23088)
