DeHeng Assisted Hefei Industry Investment Group in Its Issuance of USD 300 Million Bonds

Hefei Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. successfully issued US dollar bonds overseas again in September 2023, with a scale of USD 300 million and a coupon rate of 5.8%.

As the PRC legal counsel for the underwriters, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Zhang Hong and Liu Xiaorui, assisted the issuer in completing the offering.
