DeHeng Advised China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited Hong Kong Branch on the Issuance of a USD 2 Billion Subordinated Capital Bond

In August 2023, China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited Hong Kong Branch issued a USD 2 billion subordinated capital bond with a coupon rate of 5.35% on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. 

As the PRC legal counsel for the underwriters, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Liu Di and Liu Chen, assisted the issuer in completing the offering.
