DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised Bijie Shengfeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.(畢節盛豐農業發展有限公司) (the “Issuer”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) on its issuance of U.S.$40,000,000 4.90% bonds due 2024 listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”). Listing of the bonds on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange commenced on 6 June 2023 (Stock code: 5799).

The Group serves the dual purposes of supporting social and economic development of Bijie City and achieving business growth. Since its establishment in 2015, the Group serves as the core operating entity responsible for sales of agricultural products and leasing as well as other businesses in Bijie City. The Group has leveraged on the growth and development of Bijie City and strong shareholder’s support to develop and expand its businesses.
