DeHeng Advised RAYS Venture Capital on Completing the Registration of Major Changes in Private Equity Fund Managers

On March 17, 2023, Beijing RAYS Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd.'s application for major changes in its private equity fund managers passed the review of Asset Management Association of China, and it completed the registration of change of legal representative, controlling shareholder and actual controller (private equity, venture capital, registration number: P1019459). DeHeng, as the legal counsel of this project, assisted RAYS Venture Capital in completing the registration. 

The DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support of Zhang Yan, Liu Di, Wang Haoyu, Zheng Han, Jin Songjin and Sun Qi, provided whole-process legal services for the registration and issued special legal opinions.
