DeHeng Once Again Advised Shengzhou Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. on Issuing USD Bonds

Shengzhou Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. successfully completed the issuance of USD 250 million senior unsecured bonds overseas in March 2023 with a coupon rate of 6.5%. 

The DeHeng team, with primary support of Hou Zhiwei, Huang Junfu, Zhang Yan, Zhang Hong, Jin Songjin and Wang Zian, advised the underwriters on PRC law, and assisted Shengzhou Investment Holdings in completing the offering.
