DeHeng Advised CR BEER on Registering Its First Panda Bond

In March 2023, CR BEER (Holdings) Co., Ltd. successfully registered RMB 4 billion of short-term financing bonds and RMB 8 billion of medium-term notes at the China Interbank Bond Market. This registration marked the debut of CR BEER in the domestic bond market. 

As the PRC law counsel for this project, the DeHeng team, with primary support of Hou Zhiwei, Wang Ying, Wang Jing, Zhang Yan, Yang Youqi and Jin Songjin, worked closely with the issuer and intermediaries and ultimately helped CR BEER obtain the registration approval.
