DeHeng Advised China South Industries Assets Management Co., Ltd. on Issuing Ultra-Short-Term Financing Bonds

In February 2023, China South Industries Assets Management Co., Ltd. issued the first tranche of ultra-short-term financing bonds in 2023 on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), with a scale of RMB 1 billion and a coupon rate 2.79%. 

The DeHeng team, with primary support of Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Wang Jing, Yang Youqi and Wang Hetong, acted as the issuer's legal counsel and assisted it with the completion of the offering.
