DeHeng Advised Zhengzhou Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. Again on USD Bond Issuance

In September 2022, Zhengzhou Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. issued a bond worth USD 350 million overseas with the coupon rate of 5.10%. 

Acting as the issuer's PRC legal counsel again, the DeHeng team, led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from partner Zhang Yan as well as Hu Xueyuan, Wang Haoyu and Sha Fei, advised the client on completing the issuance.
