DeHeng Advised CNGR Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. Again on USD Bond Issuance

In September 2022, CNGR Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. issued a bond with the scale of USD 140 million overseas with the coupon rate of 5.70%. Bank of Changsha Co., Ltd. provided the standby letter of credit for the issuance.

As the PRC legal counsel for the issuer again, the DeHeng team, led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from partner Zhang Yan, as well as Hu Xueyuan, Sha Fei and Jin Songjin, advised it on completing this offering.
