DeHeng Again Advised Weifang City Investment Group Co., Ltd. on Overseas USD Bond Issuance

In August 2022, Weifang City Investment Group Co., Ltd. issued another bond with the scale of USD 100 million overseas, with the coupon rate of 6.00%. 

DeHeng acted as the PRC legal counsel for the underwriter again and advised Weifang City Investment Group on completing the offering. The DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from partner Zhang Yan, as well as Hu Xueyuan, Sha Fei and Wang Hetong.
