DeHeng Advised Shandong Shipping Corporation on USD Bond Issuance

In August 2022, Shandong Shipping Corporation issued a bond of USD 200 million overseas with a coupon rate of 5.00%, the lowest rate among overseas bonds ever issued by the company, and also one of the lowest yields among recent bonds issued by similar enterprises.

DeHeng served as the PRC legal counsel for the issuer and advised it on completing this offering. The DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from partner Zhang Yan, as well as Hu Xueyuan, Yang Youqi and Wang Haoyu.
