On March 7, 2022, Zhejiang Whyis Technology Co., Ltd. (“Whyis Technology,” stock code: 301218) was officially listed on the ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. For the IPO, it issued 19,006,667 shares at the price of RMB 33.18 per share, and raised RMB 630,641,200. The proceeds raised will mainly be used to build up the service capacity of smart cities, develop the R&D center and the data center, and replenish working capital.
