In April 2021, Shangrao Innovation & Development Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. issued USD 68 million of bonds overseas with a coupon rate of 2.0%. Jiangxi Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited provided it with the standby letter of credit.
