  • Represented Mr. Z, former Secretary of Hebei Provincial Party Committee, accused of bribery and corruption. Defense opinion was partly accepted by the court and some particular problems was smoothed in disgorging ill-gotten gains.
  • Represented Mr. Y, former Vice Governor of Jiangxi Province. Defense opinion was partly accepted by the court and the litigant was sentenced to a set term of imprisonment (Prior to the issue of Amendment to Criminal Law IX)
  • Represented Mr. C, former member of Standing Party Committee of Shanxi Province and former Secretary of Taiyuan Municipal Party Committee. Pleading not guilty in phases, most defense opinion was accepted and actually considered by the court; hence, the amount of accusation was greatly cut down.
  • Represented Mr. Z, assistant of Chairman of Securities Supervision Commission, with a verdict of “not guilty”.
  • Represented Mr. L, head of a renowned Beijing real estate company, accused of corruption with an amount of over RMB 40 million. Pleading not guilty won the litigant a sentence of mere 2-and-half-years’ imprisonment.
  • Represented Ms. M, head of a Development Zone of Beijing, accused of bribery and corruption –a typical case set by the Inspection Committee. Pleading not guilty voided the conviction for corruption.
  • Represented Mr. Z, CFO of GOME, accused of insider trading and illegal business operation. Pleading not guilty won a verdict of non-prosecution.
  • Represented Ms. L, a senior executive of a listed company, as a link of Xuxiang stock manipulation series cases. Pleading not guilty in phases resulted in a suspended sentence.
  • Represented a listed company in Changchun, accused of insider trading. Pleading not guilty resulted in case withdrawal.
  • Represented a securities company, whose employees accused of embezzlement –a case supervised by the Ministry of Public Security. Pleading not guilty resulted in case withdrawal.
  • Represented a key trust and investment corporation in China, accused of rigging stock prices. Pleading not guilty resulted in a conviction without penalty.
  • Represented Mr. H, Vice President of 21st Century Business Herald, accused of forcing deal, blackmail and extortion. Pleading not guilty resulted in a conviction without penalty.
  • Represented Mr. J, head of Western Securities Co., Ltd., accused of illegal pooling of public deposits, contract fraud blackmail and extortion. Pleading not guilty resulted in a conviction of illegal pooling of public deposits, with a suspended sentence.
  • Represented a listed pharmaceutical company, accused of obtaining commercial secrets. Pleading not guilty resulted in case withdrawal.
  • Represented a large chemical enterprise located in Jiangsu Province, accused of obtaining commercial secrets. Pleading not guilty resulted in a verdict of non-prosecution.
  • Represented a group company in Zhejiang , accused of falsely making out specialized VAT invoice. Complaint appeal was successively accepted, winning a verdict of “not guilty”.
  • Represented Mr. Q, head of the real estate company affiliated to Beidahuang Group, accused of embezzlement, funds misappropriation, corporate bribery, hiding and destroying account books, and falsification of official seal. Pleading not guilty resulted in non-prosecution for the whole case.
  • Represented Hong Kong Ginseng Exchange Limited, accused of illegal pooling of public deposits. Pleading not guilty resulted in a verdict of sentence close to his detention time, HKD 20 million convicted out of an accusation of billions.
  • Represented a group company in Korea, accused of gambling in China. Pleading not guilty resulted in cas e withdrawal.
  • Represented a Japanese spy case, in relation to the Diaoyu Island conflict. Soothed through legal and diplomatic means.
  • Represented a renowned red wine corporation, accused of smuggling. Pleading not guilty resulted in non-prosecution.
  • Represented a company based in Hainan province, accused of smuggling solid wastes. Pleading not guilty resulted in non-prosecution.
  • Represented Mr. L, accused of organizing criminal syndicate in the course of Chongqing cracking down on evil forces activity. Pleading not guilty resulted in a verdict of minor penalty, properties being preserved.
  • Represented Mr. L, accused of intentional assault with one dead and one injured. Pleading not guilty winning freedom for the litigant after being a detention time of 6 years.
