• Served as the bankruptcy administrator in the bankruptcy reorganization cases of 14 enterprises including Shandong King Jintai Group Co., Ltd.;
• Served as the bankruptcy administrator of Shandong Cotton and Linen Co., Ltd.
• Served as the administrator of Shandong Agricultural Means of Production Limited Liability Company;
• Served as the bankruptcy reorganization manager of Shandong Changrun Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shandong Wuzhou Transportation Co., Ltd., and other bankruptcy reorganization projects;
• Served as the bankruptcy administrator of Shandong Huaxin Food Co., Ltd., Shanghe County Quancheng Commercial Seed Protection Co., Ltd., Shanghe County Chaoyang Seed Industry Co., Ltd., Jinan Ebien Light Vehicle Co., Ltd., China Light Riding Group Shanghe Motorcycle Factory and other enterprise bankruptcy cases;
• Served as the group leader of the bankruptcy reorganization manager of Shandong Changrun Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shandong Wuzhou Transportation Co., Ltd., and other bankruptcy reorganization cases;
• Served as the lead lawyer for the pre-reorganization case of Shandong Hongrun Oil Group Co.,
• On behalf of the creditors, participate in the bankruptcy proceedings, creditors' meetings, bankruptcy case review, voting rights and other affairs of Shandong Materials Development Corporation, Qilu Hotel Co., Ltd., Shandong Hailong Co., Ltd., Jinan Quanrun Cotton Products Co., Ltd.
• Served as the lead lawyer of 18 merger bankruptcy reorganization cases of Rongxi Aquatic Products Group Co., Ltd.
• Banking & Finance
• Served as the legal consultant of the project of China Cinda Asset Restructuring Torch Group, involving 1.1 billion yuan, five subsidiaries in Beijing and Jining, which Cinda listed as a classic case of special opportunity investment business;
• Represented China Xinda and Liangshan County Paper Mill in the 2nd instance. After the judgment of the south central economic court and the high court of Shandong province, acted as the retrial agent for the client and changed the judgment to support all the lawsuit requests of the client, the case became one of the classic cases of the Supreme Court.
• Acted as the legal consultant for large projects such as China Cinda's acquisition of Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China's asset package business, China Construction Bank's loan asset securitization, Huaao Trust's establishment of Northeast Revitalization Bank, and "financial company" packaging and listing of provincial capital market promotion association.
