DeHeng Appointed as Personal Bankruptcy Administrator

On April 20, 2021, the Dongying Intermediate People's Court ruled to accept the application for personal debt liquidation of Gao Yixin, a shareholder and the actual controller of 14 companies, including Shandong Dawang Jintai Group Co., Ltd., and his spouse Sun Meifeng. DeHeng Jinan Office was appointed as the bankruptcy administrator for Gao and Sun, and partner Zhu Feng was appointed to lead the administrator. 

The Bankruptcy & Restructuring Committee of DeHeng Jinan Office has handled a large number of cases involving corporate debt restructuring, bankruptcy restructuring, investment and asset disposal, administrative liquidation, compulsory liquidation, restructuring and listing, and M&A financing, and accumulated rich experience. This was the first personal bankruptcy case represented by DeHeng Jinan Office, which is of great significance in exploring the personal bankruptcy system.

On July 2, 2018, DeHeng Jinan Office was appointed by Guangrao County People's Court as the bankruptcy administrator for 14 enterprises including Shandong Dawang Jintai Group Co., Ltd., and lawyer Zhu Feng to lead the administrator. The DeHeng team led by Zhu Feng, under the leadership of Guangrao Party committee, government and people's court, is continuously and stably pushing forward various work, and diligently performed the administrator's duties.
