• A significant number of litigation and arbitration cases relating to corporate matters, contracts, and construction/real estate. Representative cases heard before the Supreme People's Court, the Beijing High People's Court, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
• Represented Chen in a series of cases before CIETAC concerning the control dispute over a Hong Kong company, as well as related disputes over the validity of arbitration agreements.
• Represented Chen in a series of cases involving equity transfer disputes, tort liability disputes, and third-party revocation actions (thousands of cases in total).
• Represented clients in multiple contract arbitration cases before the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
• Represented Sinoma Tianhua Company, a subsidiary of Sinoma International, in a general contracting dispute concerning a 10MW photovoltaic power generation project in Shigatse, Tibet (before the Supreme People's Court).
