  • Represented a Chinese ship trading company in handling disputes over ship building and sale & purchase against the shipowner in the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) in Malaysia and won;
  • Represented HF Company in Gansu Province to deal with its seed sale disputes with a U.S. buyer and won arbitration in ICC HK;
  • Represented China Communications Import and Export Co., Ltd. in the second instance trial of a dispute over its shipbuilding contract with a Singapore buyer and won;
  • Represented Wogen Resources Limited in England to deal with its several ore sale disputes arbitration cases in Hong Kong and Singapore;
