Mr. Ding is the director of DeHeng's Competition Law Committee, the deputy director of DeHeng’s International Trade Committee, the director of the Information Technology Committee, and the director of the Youth Committee. He mainly focuses on merger control filing, antitrust litigation, antitrust investigations, and antitrust compliance, accumulating more than a decade of professional experience. Mr. Ding is one of the first Chinese lawyers to appear in the WTO tribunal, and is also one of the first Chinese lawyers to engage in U.S. Section 337 Investigations. He also has rich experience in the field of export control and economic sanctions. For many consecutive years, Mr. Ding has been listed in the top lawyer lists of Chambers, Legal Band, Legal 500, Asialaw, and other well-known media.

Previously, he worked in various law firms, China National Textile Import and Export Corporation, and the International Law Institute in the United States.
