    DeHeng Inked the Five-year Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with CCCME

    On March 30, 2020, DeHeng signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), establishing five-year cooperation aimed at enhancing mutual understanding, strengthening cooperation and helping Chinese enterprises enter the overseas market. At the same time, DeHeng was included by the latter into its Global Legal Service Platform as "Distinguished Legal Counsel".

    DeHeng Won the Lowest Rate for Masteel in the Anti-dumping Investigation Initiated by Malaysia

    On March 29, 2019, Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia (MITI) announced the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of certain cold rolled coils originating or exported from P.R.China, Japan, Republic of Korea and Vietnam. DeHeng was designated to represent Maanshan Iron & Steel Company Limited (Masteel) and its two related companies in the investigation. After nine months of investigation, MITI reached the final determination on December 17, 2019 and recommended for imposition of AD duties ranging from 4.76% to 26.38% on imports of the subject merchandise from China. The proposed rates for Masteel was 4.76%, the lowest among all the four cooperating Chinese suppliers, the other three being Angang Steel Company Limited, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. and Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co., Ltd..

    DeHeng Help TSAKER Group win the Sunset Review of Anti-Dumping Investigation Initiated by Indian Authority

    Recently, the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (hereinafter also referred to as the DGTR or the Authority), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, India, terminated the sunset review of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of "4, 4 Diamino Stilbene 2, 2 Disulphonic Acid" (DASDA)) originated in or exported from China. No anti-dumping duty would be imposed on Tsaker Chemical Group Limited (hereinafter also referred to as TSAKER Group). At this point, the seven-year anti-dumping investigation officially came to an end. This is not only the success of TSAKER Group, but also the victory of China DASDA industry.
