DeHeng Lawyers Invited by ICLG as the Sole Author of the China Section of ESG Law Guide

On 13 December 2021, the second edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide: Pragmatic cross-border insights into ESG law: Environmental, Social & Governance Law 2022 (hereinafter referred to as "ESG Guide"), edited by, a brand under the UK-based Global Legal Group (hereinafter referred to as "GLG"), was officially published. Its China chapter were co-written by partner Jia Hui of DeHeng's Beijing Office, director Song Junbo and lawyer Tang Xiaojuan of DeHeng's Jinan Office. 


As guest contributors, the above DeHeng lawyers compiled the corresponding part of the China section of the ESG Guide, with focus on the overview of ESG background in China, regulatory environment, development trend, operating plan for incorporating ESG into corporate governance, ESG rating and green finance, and the status quo of ESG development in the context of COVID-19. Their professional, unique and detailed summary and analysis help law practitioners in the global ESG fields further understand the ESG regulation and compliant operations in China.
