DeHeng Assisted Client in Obtaining a Favorable Award from BAC and Its Recognition and Enforcement by the BVI High Court

DeHeng successfully represented an offshore company in obtaining a favorable arbitral award from the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and assisted in having the award recognized and enforced by the High Court of the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
