DeHeng Assisted MMG in Obtaining NDRC’s Foreign Debt Registration Certificate and Issuing Overseas Bonds

MMG Limited obtained the Registration Certificate of Foreign Debts of Enterprises issued by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) in September 2025 and issued USD 500 million zero-coupon convertible bonds overseas in October 2025.

As the PRC legal counsel for the issuer in this issuance, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, and Liu Di, assisted MMG in completing the issuance.
