DeHeng Hangzhou Assisted USEON in Listing on NEEQ and Private Placement of Shares

On August 14, 2024, USEON Technology Limited successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) with the stock code: 874516.

On December 27, 2024, USEON issued 3.59 million shares to the Industrial Machine Tool Industry Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), raising RMB 69.8255 million.
