DeHeng Again Assisted Greenland Group in Completing Updates for USD 8 Billion MTN

On December 10, 2024, Greenland Holding Group Co., Ltd. completed the annual update of documents for its USD 8 billion medium-term notes (MTN). The MTN was established by Greenland’s overseas subsidiary, Greenland Global Investment Limited, with Greenland Group providing guarantees for the corresponding debt.
