Recently, Suzhou Rays Venture Capital Investment Center (LLP), a private equity fund under Beijing Rays Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. (“Rays Capital”), completed the lead investment in Suzhou Otranic Medical Technology Co., Ltd.  

As the legal advisor to Rays Capital, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Liu Di, and Sun Qi from the Beijing Office, provided comprehensive legal support for the transaction.
