DeHeng Again Assisted China South Industries Assets Management in RMB 490 Million SCP Issuance

In November 2024, China South Industries Assets Management Co., Ltd. successfully issued its second tranche of super & short-term commercial paper (SCP) for the year in China’s interbank bond market, with an issuance size of RMB 490 million and an issuance rate of 2.16%.  

In November 2022, DeHeng assisted the company in registering a SCP program with a quota of RMB 1 billion in China’s interbank bond market. This issuance marks the third issuance under the registered quota.

As the issuer’s legal counsel for this issuance, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Wang Jing, Yang Youqi, and Wang Hetong, assisted it in completing the issuance.
