DeHeng Assisted Multiple Private Fund Managers in Completing Major Changes

Recently, DeHeng successfully handled the change of actual controller and controlling shareholder for a private fund manager under a provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, which was approved by the Asset Management Association of China.

The DeHeng team was initiated by partner Guo Weifeng, with collaboration between DeHeng’s Beijing, Tianjin, and Haikou Offices. Partner Tang Ruchuan served as the project leader, and partners Wang Yunfeng and Li Muzhu provided full-process legal services.

Additionally, partner Guo and his private fund team recently completed the change of actual controller and controlling shareholder for a private fund manager under a central enterprise and advised on the change of legal representative and compliance officer for a municipal state-owned enterprise’s private fund manager.
