DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised the managers and the trustee on the issuance of CNY500 million 6.8 per cent. Guaranteed Bonds due 2027 by Jiangsu Yanxi New City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (江苏盐西新城投资发展有限公司) (the “Issuer”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) guaranteed by Yancheng High-tech Zone Investment Group Co., Ltd. (盐城高新区投资集团有限公司) (the “Guarantor”). The Bonds were listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (Stock code: MOXTB24219), and the listing of the Bonds commenced on 26 September 2024.
The Issuer is a key entity for the engineering construction in Yancheng City and is wholly owned by Yancheng Yandu District State-owned Assets Holding Group Co., Ltd. Established in 2007, the Issuer Group has benefited from and will continue to leverage on the strategic geographical location and strong economic development of Yancheng City, as well as the business opportunities that it brings.
Established in 2009, the Guarantor Group has been a key infrastructure construction and state-owned capital operation platform within the Yancheng High-tech Zone, a national-level high-tech industry development zone located within Yancheng City. Leveraging the development of the Yancheng High-tech Zone in recent years, the Guarantor Group has established itself as a leading state-owned company in the Yancheng High-tech Zone and plays an important role in the development of Yancheng High-tech Zone.
