DeHeng Hong Kong assisted Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited to complete the listing on Nasdaq

Recently, DeHeng Hong Kong assisted Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited to complete the listing on Nasdaq.  On 16 August 2024, Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited (as the issuer) received the notice of effectiveness from the SEC in respect of the registration of its Class A Ordinary Shares.  On 23 August 2024, Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited completed the listing of its Class A Ordinary Shares on Nasdaq (Stock Code: RITR).  Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited is incorporated in the Cayman Islands.  Founded in 2015, it conducted its principal business through its 15 subsidiaries in Hong Kong, primarily engaged in the provision of one-stop comprehensive logistics solutions.
