DeHeng Assisted China Logistics Co., Ltd. in Issuing RMB 500 Million Super & Short-Term Commercial Paper

In August 2024, China Logistics Co., Ltd. successfully issued its first super & short-term commercial paper (SCP) in the China Interbank Bond Market, marking its debut in the capital markets. The SCP, with a term of 266 days and an issuance size of RMB 500 million, achieved a record-low interest rate of 2.11% for first-time bonds of the same rating during the period.

As the issuer’s legal counsel, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Wang Jing, Yang Youqi, and Wang Hetong, assisted China Logistics Co., Ltd. in completing the issuance.
