DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised the managers and the trustee on Grande Horizons International Co., Ltd (the “Issuer”) on its issuance of CNY390 million 7.9 per cent. guarantee bonds due 2027 unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Shandong Xintai Construction Group Co., Ltd. (山東鑫泰建設集團有限公司) (the “Guarantor” together with its subsidiaries and the Issuer, the “Group”). Listing of the bonds on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 19 August 2024. 

The Group is a major platform in Xintai City providing municipal services including agency construction, engineering construction and property development. The Group also engages in other businesses and thus has developed a well-diversified business portfolio. With strong support from the local government and after over years of business growth, the Group has established a strong presence in Xintai City and played an important role in upgrading the infrastructure and accelerating the urban development of Xintai City.
