DeHeng Assisted Jiangsu Runxin City Investment Group in Successfully Issuing Offshore Green Bonds

On August 12, 2024, Jiangsu Runxin City Investment Group Co., Ltd. successfully priced and issued RMB 307 million of green bonds with a 3-year term and a coupon rate of 4.98%.

As the PRC legal counsel to the underwriter, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Zhang Hong, Yang Youqi, and Liu Chen, assisted the issuer in completing the issuance.
