DeHeng Assisted Huafa Group Co., Ltd. Again in Offshore Bond Issuance

On July 30, 2024, Huafa Group Co., Ltd., through its offshore subsidiary Huafa 2024 I Company Limited, successfully issued RMB 1.9 billion offshore senior perpetual bonds with a coupon rate of 6%.

As the PRC legal advisor to Huafa Group, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Cui Manli, Li Jiahui, Tan Weihua, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Liu Di, and Liu Xiaorui, assisted the client in completing the issuance.
