DeHeng (Hong Kong) advised Chengdu Aerotropolis City Development Group Co., Ltd. (成都空港城市發展集團有限公司) on its issuance of CNY2.205 billion listed bonds

DeHeng Law Offices (Hong Kong) LLP advised the managers and the trustee on the issuance of CNY2,205,000,000 4.0 per cent. bonds due 2027 of Chengdu Aerotropolis City Development Group Co., Ltd. (成都空港城市發展集團有限公司) (the “Issuer”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “HKEX”). Listing of the bonds on the HKEX (Stock code: 84534) commenced on 18 July 2024.

The Issuer is a state-owned company whose former names were Shuangliu Transportation Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (雙流縣交通建設投資有限公司) and Chengdu Shuangliu District Transportation Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (成都市雙流區交通建設投資有限公司). Since its establishment in July 2008, the Issuer has achieved market dominance in key sectors in Shuangliu District and Chengdu, including aerotropolis city infrastructure project development, aerotropolis city transportation services, and aerotropolis city management services. Leveraging on the development of Shuangliu District and Chengdu, the Issuer has undertaken and completed a number of aerotropolis city infrastructure projects which are of strategic importance to Shuangliu District and Chengdu.
