DeHeng Assisted GZJK Construction Holding Group in Overseas Bond Issuance

On May 28, 2024, GZJK Construction Holding Group issued USD 90 million in senior unsecured bonds overseas at a coupon rate of 6.5%.

As the PRC legal counsel for the underwriters, the DeHeng team, with primary support from Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Liu Di, and Gang Ke, assisted the issuer in completing this issuance.
