DeHeng Assisted China South Industries Assets Management Co., Ltd. in Issuing RMB 500 Million Medium-Term Notes

In April 2024, China South Industries Assets Management Co., Ltd. successfully issued its first tranche of medium-term notes for 2024 in China’s interbank bond market. The issuance amounted to RMB 500 million, with a term of five years and a coupon rate of 2.78%.

In December 2022, DeHeng assisted the company in registering a total issuance quota of RMB 1 billion for medium-term notes in the interbank bond market. The current issuance represents the second tranche under this quota, reflecting strong market confidence in the company’s composite strength and growth prospects.
