DeHeng Assisted China Logistics Group Finance Co., Ltd. in Gaining Approval to Open

On March 29, 2024, China Logistics Group Finance Co., Ltd. held its opening ceremony in Beijing, marking the successful completion of its establishment and operational launch. In October 2023, the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) approved the application by China Logistics Group Co., Ltd. to establish the Finance Company in Beijing.

The project required obtaining administrative approvals from the NFRA (Beijing Office) for the establishment and opening of a corporate group finance company. Acting as the legal advisor for China Logistics Group in this project, DeHeng provided comprehensive and efficient legal services, including the issuance of legal opinions throughout the preparation and launch phases.

The DeHeng team, with primary support from lawyers Hou Zhiwei, Zhang Yan, Yang Youqi, Wang Hetong, and Liu Chen, assisted China Logistics Group in completing the establishment of the Finance Company.
